This Mello User Agreement (hereafter referred to as the “Pact”) is a legally binding agreement formed between you and Mello Team, which controls your use of the Mello mobile application (called “Mello” or “the Service”). It’s advisable to carefully read and comprehend the following terms before utilizing our services.
To use Mello independently, you must meet the legal age requirements that aged 17 and above.
When registering for a Mello account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal data. You take full responsibility for protecting the security of your login information and are answerable for all activities conducted under your account.
Your act of downloading, installing, or accessing the Mello application signifies your unconditional approval of all provisions of this Pact. If you disagree with any of the terms here, please avoid using Mello.
While using Mello, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
· Engaging in any illegal, unethical, or harmful conduct;
· Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
· Trying to gain unauthorized access to the Mello system, including hacking, cracking, or bypassing security measures;
· Interfering with the normal operation of Mello, such as introducing viruses, malware, or carrying out any form of denial - of - service attacks.
You hold the ownership of the content you create on Mello. However, by submitting such content, you grant Mello Team a non - exclusive, worldwide, royalty - free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, designs, trademarks, and logos related to Mello, are the exclusive property of Mello Team. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without prior written authorization.
By using Mello, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Although we implement industry - standard security measures to protect your information, we can’t guarantee absolute security against data breaches.
Mello is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mello Team doesn’t guarantee the uninterrupted operation, performance, or accuracy of the Service. Under no circumstances will Mello Team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mello.
Mello Team reserves the right to modify this Pact at any time. Any changes will be notified to you through in - app notifications or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Mello after the modifications come into effect indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. Moreover, Mello Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion.
This Pact shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mello Team is registered. In case of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration institution.
